Golf Instruction Putting
Reading a green is an important part of putting, though many insist it is somewhat unteachable. There is an art to reading a green and deciding which putt works best. Breaks on the green can be compensated for, somewhat, by an increase in speed. Conversely, it is possible to hit a putt slowly and exaggerate the break on any line.

This comprehensive Putting DVD is Highly Recommended
Golf instructions for putting, from the stroke standpoint, usually start with the visualization of a pendulum.
The arms should be falling comfortablly in a “V” position, with shoulders square to the ground. When the putting stroke starts, the entire unit of hands, arms and shoulders should move in unison back and through at an even pace. Your Golf putting might vary greatly in terms of grip, though the swing execution will remain the same.
Golfers with a tendency to hit poor shots consistently might be encouraged to play with a different grip in an effort to deflate the habit. One Golf instruction for putting might be to use a cross-handed grip or a baseball grip, if deviating from the standard interlocking grip.
There are countless gimmicks and Training Aids
sold for putting. Since many golfers lose most of their strokes on the green, the market for these products is hot. It’s not always a good thing to become inundated with practice aids for all parts of the swing.
Generally, a golfer will benefit from one Training Aid
used consistently more than a dozen different aids used in rotation. There is no substitute for practice on the putting green.
This golf instruction for putting should be an encouraging first step in getting the golfer to spend as much time on the green as they do on the range. It is equally beneficial practising the shortest shot, putting andchipping, as it is to hit the longest, practise your driving .
